Insiders Data by WRDS

Subscribe to Insiders by WRDS as an add-on to your SEC 91ÅÝܽ Suite -or- a standalone subscription.

Previously included as part of the SEC 91ÅÝܽ Suite, Insiders Data by WRDS has been reconstituted and is now available as a more complete, separate product.

  • All insider trades after the SEC-mandated electronic disclosure from June 30, 2003—present.
  • Updated weekly; accessible via wrds-cloud.
  • New FDIC and Combined FDIC & SEC data are available via web query. (New SEC data will be available via web query starting February 1.)

As of October 30, 2023, Insiders data is no longer updated as part of SEC 91ÅÝܽ Suite. Access to the data will remain available until February 1, 2024.
