The WRDS technical infrastructure will be undergoing an upgrade from 8:00 - 11:00 AM Eastern on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. During this time, the WRDS website should only be inaccessible for 30 minutes near the beginning of the downtime window. Interactive services -- including the WRDS Cloud, SAS/Connect, SAS/Studio, Python, R, MATLAB, Stata, etc -- will be offline for a short time during the window. All connections will be reset, and you will need to reconnect after the downtime. All WRDS Cloud grid jobs -- both batch and interactive -- will be terminated. Please plan your research accordingly!

This work is part of an effort to upgrade WRDS infrastructure to the latest hardware and network configuration, to provide the best large-scale research platform we can.
